Molly Rowan, based in Boston, is a seasoned professional in the alternative investment industry, serving as the CEO of Vector, a leading fund administration company. Her journey has been marked by diverse experiences, including advisory roles guiding fund managers on regulatory compliance and pivotal business development positions where she collaborated with managers to address multifaceted challenges spanning compliance, technology, performance, ESG, cybersecurity, risk, and back-office outsourcing.
Equipped with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts and pursuing CAIA Level II certification, Molly brings a robust academic foundation to her strategic leadership at Vector. Her career trajectory reflects a unique blend of in-house experience at a private equity firm and extensive consultancy across various industry segments. This background has nurtured her passion for problem-solving, a steadfast commitment to enablement, and a drive to foster synergies between fund managers and service providers.

Nikki works at the intersection of people and technology, bringing more than a decade of experience scaling high-growth SaaS companies. Over the past 10 years, she helped grow Tripleseat, a hospitality technology SaaS company, where she led both product and people teams as the business expanded across B2B and B2C. Earlier in her career, she worked in hospitality operations, an experience that continues to shape her approach to leadership, customer experience, and building strong teams.
Nikki is based in Plymouth, Massachusetts, where she lives with her husband, three kids, and their dog, Coco. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, ideally somewhere near the ocean.

With two decades of experience spanning fund administration and private markets operations, John brings unmatched expertise from both the GP and fund admin sides of the table. His leadership will be pivotal as we deepen our private equity offering and scale intentionally to meet the needs of modern closed-end funds. John will focus on strengthening our services, guiding platform evolution, and helping drive strategic growth across teams and partnerships.

Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in the alternative asset industry, with a background spanning hedge funds and private equity.
Before joining Vector AIS, he was a Director at PA Capital, a private equity firm, and at Blue River Partners as an outsourced CFO/COO for hedge and private fund clients. He began his journey at Vector as a Fund Controller, was later promoted to Senior Fund Controller, and now serves as Director of Fund Administration, supporting a variety of venture capital and private equity clients. He also held roles at Citco and Admiral Administration, working his way up from Associate to Fund Accounting Manager.
Jeff is known for his hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and ability to lead teams through complex transitions, all while ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely fund operations.
When he's not keeping fund accounting in order, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two kids. Between family adventures and kid-fueled chaos, he carves out time to lift weights and unwind with video games. A lifelong Virginian, Jeff brings the same dedication to his hobbies as he does to his work.

Ashley began her career at EY, where she worked in Forensic Investigations and Litigation, including M&A-related engagements. She later joined Carta in 2019, where she helped build and scale the onboarding team before transitioning into Sales Strategy. Today, Ashley serves as Director of Delivery Operations. She oversees onboarding alongside supporting and scaling the Philippines delivery team. In this role, she partners closely with leadership to strengthen delivery processes, improve operational consistency, and build systems that support long-term growth. Her expertise centers on operations, execution, and building high-performing, globally distributed teams.
Originally from the Chicagoland area and a Chicagoan at heart, Ashley relocated to the West Coast seven years ago, spending four years in Seattle before settling in San Francisco. She has grown to love the Bay Area and the lifestyle it offers.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys traveling the world (33 countries and counting), hiking and running with her dog, trying new restaurants, surfing, and exploring photography.

Dom brings over five years of fund administration experience, having previously served as Management Company Controller at Standish Management, LLC, where he supported a variety of private equity and venture capital clients. His career began in audit at Weaver, giving him a strong foundation in financial reporting and controls, and he also held early client service roles that shaped his proactive, people-first approach.
Dom finds his greatest joy in life through his family: his wife and daughter. Outside of his work in accounting, Dom is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures and cuisines with his loved ones. A lifelong sports fan with early aspirations of becoming a sports broadcaster, he still follows the games closely. When he has free time, you’ll likely find him in the desert or mountains, riding his dirt bike and embracing the outdoors.

Justin is a seasoned fund accounting professional with over a decade of experience supporting alternative investment funds. He currently serves as a Senior Fund Controller at Vector AIS.
Prior to Vector, he was an Associate Director at Blue River Partners and held several progressively senior fund accounting roles at Wells Fargo, including Fund Accountant IV (Team Lead), where he managed daily operations and a team of accountants. Earlier in his career, Justin developed a strong technical foundation through roles at The Citco Group and Admiral Administration.
Across all roles, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to lead teams, streamline processes, and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, their two dogs, Mojo and Millie, and preparing for the arrival of their daughter. He starts most mornings with exercise and is also an avid golfer who enjoys getting out on the course whenever he can. A passionate sports fan, Justin is a devoted Chelsea FC supporter and often plans his weekends around match days. After moving back to his home roots of Richmond, VA, he enjoys exploring his surroundings after spending over eight years in Charlotte, NC.

Sean is a seasoned accounting professional with over a decade of experience focused on alternative investments. He currently serves as a Senior Fund Controller at Vector AIS.
Previously, he was a Manager at Standish Management, where he oversaw financial and tax reporting for a wide range of clients, including venture capital and private equity funds. Prior to that, Sean was an Audit Manager at Weaver and a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG, where he gained extensive experience auditing hedge funds, venture capital funds, private equity, private credit, fund of funds, and a variety of other closed-end fund types, including water rights and oil and gas royalty interests. Throughout his career, Sean has emphasized GAAP compliance, investor reporting, and the complex operational needs of closed-end funds.
Sean brings extensive experience in fund accounting, having worked across both audit and fund administration for several years. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active with a variety of outdoor pursuits, including golfing, skiing, and tennis. His well-rounded background and love for the outdoors reflect his balanced and driven approach to both work and life.

Andrew is an experienced fund accounting professional with over a decade of expertise across venture capital, private equity, and crypto funds. Currently a Fund Controller at Vector AIS.
Previously, he spent over five years at Carta in senior leadership roles, where he helped scale operations, build SPV infrastructure, and improve fund servicing efficiency. Earlier in his career, Andrew held fund accounting and analyst roles at VMS, Apex, and TD Bank, developing a strong foundation in alternative investments and financial reporting. He is known for leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements across every stage of fund operations.
Andrew is known for his thoughtful, curious nature and a personality that blends professionalism with a touch of quirky charm. Based in Middletown, NJ, near the Jersey Shore, he’s a proud father to two young boys and husband to his wife, Jenn.
Across every role, Andrew has been driven by a passion for process improvement, whether through technology, training, or operational refinement. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, sports, learning new things, and delivering the occasional (and unapologetic) bad dad joke.

Garrett is a skilled fund accountant with over five years of experience supporting venture capital and private equity clients. He currently serves as an Associate Fund Controller at Vector AIS.
Prior to joining Vector, he held fund accounting roles at Carta and Aduro Advisors, where he developed deep expertise in capital calls, distributions, financial statement preparation, and investor reporting. With a strong foundation in fund administration and a detail-oriented approach, Garrett brings accuracy, consistency, and reliability to every aspect of fund operations.
Garrett is a fund accountant based in Denver, Colorado, with experience in the industry since graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder. Passionate about the outdoors, he spends his free time running ultramarathons and rock climbing, always seeking new challenges both in and outside of work.

Ty is currently an Associate Fund Controller at Vector AIS, where he supports fund operations for private market clients. He was previously a Senior Fund Accountant at Vector and also held fund accounting roles at Carta and Cornerstone Fund Services, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of fund administration.
Ty's background includes working with a variety of fund structures and software platforms, and he’s known for his thoroughness, collaborative spirit, and drive to continually grow in the industry.
Ty lives in Southeast Idaho with his wife and three kids, where he takes full advantage of the outdoors. He’s an avid skier, a licensed pilot, and enjoys staying active through sports and adventure. Ty holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from BYU–Idaho and a Master’s in Finance from the University of Utah.


Katie has built a strong foundation in fund and financial accounting through a combination of public and private fund experience. She began her career with a long-term internship at Connected Professional Accountants, followed by staff accountant roles at Guyer and Associates and later at Aduro Advisors, where she gained experience supporting venture capital clients. She was promoted to Accounting Manager at Aduro before joining Vector AIS as a Senior Fund Accountant, where she now works with private market funds on fund operations. Her career reflects steady growth, hands-on expertise, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of fund managers.
Katie lives in a small town in Eastern Oregon, where she enjoys the peace and connection that come with rural life. When she’s not working, you’ll often find her outside fishing, cooking meals for her family, or simply spending time together in the fresh air. She brings a grounded, team-oriented energy to her work, and values consistency, attention to detail, and strong communication in everything she does.

Scotty is an onboarding and accounting professional with extensive experience in alternative investment fund administration and client operations. He built a strong foundation in fund accounting at Aduro Advisors, where he progressed from Staff Accountant to Accounting Manager, managing many venture capital fund relationships.
Since joining Vector, Scotty has continued his career growth, advancing from Senior Onboarding Associate to Onboarding Manager, where he focuses on strengthening and standardizing onboarding processes to ensure consistent, efficient client transitions and long-term operational success.
Scotty studied Music Education and originally planned to pursue a career in teaching. He was introduced to accounting while working in the accounting department of a hotel, where he gained hands-on experience with billing and accounts payable and discovered an interest in the structure and problem-solving aspects of the work. When the pandemic disrupted the hospitality industry, Scotty used the opportunity to pivot fully into accounting and fund administration. That nontraditional path shaped his practical, adaptable approach and appreciation for learning on the job.

Hannah is an onboarding and implementation professional with a background in fund administration, accounting, and client operations across alternative investment structures. She has progressed through roles at Standish Management and Alter Domus, supporting domestic and offshore fund families, preparing financial statements and investor communications, and partnering closely with General Partners, controllers, and internal accounting teams. Hannah brings strong financial acumen and a detail-oriented, client-focused approach to complex, deadline-driven environments.
Hannah is based in Los Angeles and was born and raised in San Francisco. She is a graduate of Northwestern University, where she earned dual degrees in Economics and Music, with a focus on oboe performance.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys staying active, traveling for concerts and music festivals, and spending time outdoors. She is an avid traveler with a goal of visiting every national park in the United States.

Lily is an Onboarding Associate at Vector, based in Plymouth, Massachusetts. She joined the firm in 2024, beginning as an intern before transitioning into a full-time role. A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Vector is Lily’s first role in her field of study, where she supports fund onboarding and helps ensure a smooth experience for new clients.
Outside of work, Lily enjoys staying active at the gym, taking her dogs, Matilda and Duke, for walks, and never misses an opportunity to recruit someone to join her for a sweet treat.
