Juan Giraldo

Juan brings over a decade of experience in fund accounting and operations, with a strong foundation in private equity administration. He began his career as a Staff Accountant before moving into fund services at J.P. Morgan, where he supported private equity fund structures and managed transaction processing for capital activity. He continued to expand his expertise at SS&C Technologies as a Senior Associate, followed by a leadership role at Langham Hall, where he spent over four years as a Team Manager overseeing client relationships and internal workflows. Now a Fund Controller at Vector AIS, Juan leverages his end-to-end knowledge of fund operations to ensure seamless client service across complex fund structures.

Juan lives in New Jersey with his wife and two sons, who keep him busy with their travel soccer schedules. He’s been happily married for 20 years and loves spending his free time either cheering from the sidelines or traveling with his wife.
