A Message to Our Community

As we close the year, we reflect on a period marked by significant progress, meaningful partnerships, and a continued commitment to elevating the operational experience for private market fund managers. We are grateful to each fund and service provider who placed their trust in Vector AIS throughout 2025.

This year has underscored the importance of resilient infrastructure, sophisticated operational support, and transparent technology for private market managers. We remain committed to elevating the operational experience for all firms navigating today’s changing environment.

Advancements Across the Vector Platform

This year brought substantial evolution within the Vector technology suite. Our upcoming release of Valence 2.0 and release of Vero, represent important milestones in our commitment to building modern, purpose-built systems for closed-end alternative investment funds. According to our current roadmap, Valence 2.0 will be delivered in three phases across infrastructure, core ledger, investor experience, and analytics.

Valence 2.0 Arriving 2026

Valence 2.0 is centered on establishing a modern, resilient core platform and then layering on higher-order capabilities for managers and investors. Key areas of focus include:

  • A stronger foundation for accuracy and scale: Valence 2.0 is built on a modernized core that optimizes reliability, flexibility, and performance across the platform. These enhancements strengthen how financial data is structured and connected, allowing reporting, analytics, and downstream workflows to operate from a single, consistent source of truth.
  • A more intuitive structure for managers and investors: We have enhanced how entities, users, and stakeholders are organized within Valence, creating a clearer and more intuitive experience for GPs and LPs alike. This includes improved user access, better organization of investor information, and a more configurable portal that supports firm branding and role-based visibility.
  • Investor documentation and core reporting: Centralized investor documentation management, including upload, versioning, and permissions, as well as core financial, entity, transaction, and investor reporting that provides a unified view of activity across the structure.
  • Stakeholder management and segmentation: Rich stakeholder profiles, relationship mapping, grouping, and attribute management, allowing managers to organize and segment investors and other stakeholders with greater precision.
  • Dashboards, communication, and capital activity: User-level dashboards with key business metrics, embedded communication and mailing capabilities for notifications and alerts, and capital reporting that encompasses capital calls, commitments, and distributions.
  • Analytics, UX refinement, and global search: Investor-level analytics and BI-style dashboards, ongoing UI and UX enhancements, and a global search capability designed to surface information across entities and modules in a single experience.

These enhancements are designed to give managers a more coherent, data-rich environment while preserving the control, auditability, and flexibility required at institutional scale.

Strengthening Our Focus on Private Equity

Private equity managers continue to seek operational partners who can support increasingly complex structures, diversified strategies, and institutional expectations. In 2025, we invested meaningfully in this area.

Our expanded private equity focus includes:

  • Tailored operational workflows for multi-entity and multi-vehicle structures
  • Scalable support designed for firms increasing AUM or pursuing additional strategies
  • A team with deep experience across the complex and unique needs of private equity firms.

This strengthened commitment ensures that Vector remains a partner equipped to support private equity managers at every stage of their evolution.

Partnerships and Industry Engagement
